I de-registered but I couldn't re-register. Kept saying my Kindle could not connect at the time and to try again. I did that a few times and still didn't work. All my books were still showing on the screen. I followed the instructions on this site and reset. I was now able to reset it and register again. Now all my collections are listed, but none of my books are there. How do I get my books back into the specific collections?
